There have been significant developments regarding the Ballista Nautilus Rotating Rail (“the Rail”). All rights to the Rail have been acquired by Tap Tap Tactical,Inc. (“Tap Tap”). The Ballista brand will be retained by Tap Tap in the marketing and further development of the Rail.

The Company is pleased to announce that Hardcore Weaponry LLC has accepted the exclusive marketing agreement for the sales and marketing of the Nautilus Rotating Rail, a revolutionary quad-rotating rail system with purposed built rotating technology. The Nautilus Rotating Rail system will be available for purchase on Hardcore’s new dynamic website, powered by the most powerful eCommerce engine in the world – Ebay’s Magento software and platform. Additionally, Hardcore has engaged in offline business development activities with companies, countries, resellers, and individuals throughout the world, including the United States, to complement the digital go-to-market strategy. The sales price for the rails will be in-line with mark-to-market prices, with discounts available for bulk purchase orders.

TapTap is also pleased to introduce its new management team that will lead the Company:

Scott Johnson, Vice-President Media and Marketing; and
Debbie MacDonald, Controller.

Azimuth Technologies, LLC continue to be the exclusive manufacturers of the Rail and will assist in on-going development of the product. Azimuth continues to have the manufacturing capacity and capability to make and deliver any quantities of the Rail that may be required.
