Warranty Statement – BTS has a high standard of quality for its products and is guaranteed as outlined below.
BTS products come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty for defects in materials or workmanship at no charge to the original purchaser. Claims deemed to be the results of misuse, abuse or lack of compliance to owner/operator manual requirements are not covered by this warranty. Sales slip or other proofs of purchase, delivery or original issue date are required to initiate the process of a claim.”
We may also at this time request pictures and/or video to help determine extent of issue.
Warranty Repair Includes all labor and parts covered under the terms and conditions under the Warranty Statement. In addition to items stated above, this warranty does not cover claims for improper installation of original BTS products or after market products, normal wear and tear, rust or corrosion, obstructions in barrel, unreasonable/excessive use or cosmetic issues.
**BTS reserves the right to determine what constitutes the unreasonable or excessive use. **
ANY UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE BTS PRODUCTS OR USE OF PARTS OR COMPONENTS NOT ORIGINALLY INCORPORATED BY BTS SHALL VOID THIS WARRANTY. BTS SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS INVOLVING PRODUCTS THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF FAULTY AFTER MARKET PARTS.
BTS’s qualified technicians do all warranty and non-warranty repairs. We take great pride in our products, stand behind them 100%, and provide quality service that includes inspecting the condition of each part in question, diagnosing the cause of the malfunction, and doing everything needed to correct the problem.
BTS does not authorize any dealer or any other person to vary the terms of this warranty or to make any other express warranties.
Should you need to return any item purchased for repair or replacement, first contact our Customer Service Department at www.ballistatactical.com and see instructions for repairs under Warranty Repair Policy. Please fill out the online return form provided and follow all instructions given by Customer Service Personnel. Please be sure to include your name, address, order number, order date, what you would like to return, daytime telephone number, and reason for return. Be as descriptive as possible so that we can better assist you with troubleshooting or determining whether a return is warranted and whether it is covered under Warranty. You will receive a confirmation email once the form is received with shipment instructions and an RMA number, which is needed for the return. Any item received without an RMA number will be rejected and returned.
After receiving your item, a technician will evaluate the it to determine whether the problem is covered due to defects in materials and/or workmanship. If the problem with your item is covered under the Warranty Statement, a technician will be assigned to repair your firearm.
**Please note that should this return be for a part or accessory the same process applies.**
After repairs are made, all items are tested to insure proper operation. Following testing, repaired items are cleaned and inspected again. Only after that process will your item be packed and returned to you.
Note that the customer is responsible for return shipping cost unless otherwise noted by BTS. BTS is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items in transit to our facility.
Non-Warranty Repair – BTS offers in house repairs of non-warranty items. A technician will prepare a repair estimate that outlines the work to be performed and provide an estimated price. After you have received the estimate, you will be asked to pay in advance if you wish to have us proceed with the repair. If you do not, the item will be returned at the cost of the customer.
Please allow 10 business days for processing all returns. Should there be any reason for a longer wait time you will be notified immediately. Once the repair has been completed you will be contacted with repairs notes and tracking information for your return.
**** Return Policy**** an exchange or return can take place for all parts and accessories within 90 days of purchase. Please note that there is a 15% re-stocking fee on any item that is returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange/return is due to error on our part. A 15% restocking will not be charged to your account neither as long as the mistake was made by BTS.
Original purchase receipt is required for returns and exchanges. Items must be in original condition and include all accessories and packaging or additional fees may apply. Ensure that apparel items remain unworn except for trying on, and have their original tags, as they must remain suitable for restocking. If your product is defective, please see the warranty policy. Return policy applies only to items purchased directly from BTS. If you are a dealer and purchased from a distributor, or an individual that purchased from a dealer, please contact your dealer or distributor for their return policy. All credits will be returned back to original credit card of purchase and issued within 48 hours of receiving returned items. Should you need any assistance with a return please contact.
